Take M25 anti-clockwise to Junction 9. At roundabout take third exit (straight across) onto a dual carriageway. At second roundabout go straight across. At third roundabout turn right to Leatherhead (this is the Epsom Road A2012). St. John's is 1/2 mile along this road on the right.
